- Shipping: Free in the United States, $2/book outside the U.S.
- Timeframe: In most cases, books will be mailed within one week of payment.
- Pay by: Paypal only, at this time. After you fill out the form below, you'll receive an invoice at the e-mail you provide. (Invoices are not immediate and may take one or two business days to process.)
All books will be shipped in padded mailers, accompanied by an autographed by the author sticker (which can be affixed at your discretion) and a few free bookmarks.
